Learning Support Assistant – Primary School

Location: Hertfordshire Pay: £90–£110 per day Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday Contract: Long-term / Ongoing

Education Matters Group are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Hertfordshire.

The school is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable LSA to provide support to pupils across the primary age range, helping them to engage positively with their learning and develop their confidence.

The Role

Supporting pupils with their learning and development Providing individual and small-group support where required Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEND Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable A patient, caring and positive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic Passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential Interested?
