A high-achieving and well-respected secondary school in Hackney is seeking ambitious graduates to join their team as a Learning Support Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable classroom experience while supporting students across KS3, KS4 and KS5.

The Role

Support students across a range of subjects and year groups Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Help raise student confidence, engagement and attainment Work closely with experienced teaching staff and school leaders

Requirements

Degree qualified Passion for education and supporting young people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Two professional references
