Leasehold Collections Specialist

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a diligent Collections Officer to join a specialist team responsible for service charges for a large portfolio. You will manage accounts, liaise with leaseholders, and ensure payments are up to date, issuing statements when required.

You will authorise payment plans, investigate issues with the accounting process, and refer non-payers for potential legal action where appropriate. Strong knowledge of leasehold law and customer service experience are essential.
