About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and personable Leasing Agent to join their property management team in Liverpool . This role is vital in attracting and securing new tenants for residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for marketing vacant units, conducting property viewings, processing applications, and ensuring all lease agreements are executed correctly. This hybrid role allows for flexibility in managing your schedule, balancing on-site viewings with administrative tasks performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Market vacant properties across various platforms to attract prospective tenants.
• Conduct engaging and informative property viewings, showcasing features and amenities.
• Screen potential tenant applications, including credit checks and reference verification.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a database of prospective tenants and manage follow-ups.
• Liaise with the property management team to ensure a smooth handover of new tenants.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in lettings or property.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with the Liverpool rental market is a plus.
