About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join their remote team, focusing on properties in and around Stoke-on-Trent . This role involves attracting potential tenants, showcasing properties, processing applications, and managing the leasing process efficiently and professionally. You will be instrumental in ensuring high occupancy rates and maintaining positive tenant relationships from a distance. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and adept at using digital tools to manage client interactions and property tours.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and schedule property viewings (virtual or in-person as required).
• Market available properties across various online platforms and networks.
• Screen potential tenants, process applications, and conduct background checks.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly understood by tenants.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and provide regular reports on leasing activity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property leasing or sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using online listing platforms, CRM software, and virtual tour technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
