About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join their established team in Belfast . You will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process and showcasing available properties. This role is critical in driving occupancy rates and ensuring client satisfaction. You will develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market, build strong relationships with potential renters, and facilitate smooth lease signings. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent sales and communication skills, and be eager to contribute to the ongoing success of the company in the Northern Irish property sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Effectively market available properties and manage the application process, including background and credit checks.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements for signature.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant information in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral sources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or leasing , preferably within the real estate industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive and friendly demeanour.
• Strong understanding of the local Belfast property market is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Must possess a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel locally.
