In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, responsible for showcasing properties, guiding them through the leasing process, and ultimately securing new residents. Your ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and effectively present the benefits of our client's properties will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Conduct professional and engaging property tours for prospective tenants.
• Effectively present property features, benefits, and community amenities.
• Process lease applications, conduct tenant screenings, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain organized leasing files and update property availability promptly.
• Achieve and exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Must be well-presented and professional in conduct.
