About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join their vibrant residential property team in Liverpool . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process, showcasing available properties, and ensuring a positive experience. Your primary objective will be to effectively match tenants with suitable properties and contribute to achieving leasing targets, playing a vital role in the successful operation of the managed properties within Liverpool . Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits of available units.
• Assist potential tenants with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately.
• Process rental applications, perform credit and background checks, and present findings to management.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood by tenants.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of properties, rental rates, and community features in Liverpool .

Requirements

• Proven experience in leasing , sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing inquiries and applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Liverpool rental market is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and property management software is desirable.
