About the Role

Our client is looking for a charismatic and results-oriented Leasing Consultant to join their busy property management team in Liverpool . This role is crucial for driving occupancy rates and ensuring tenant satisfaction across their residential portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local rental market, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Working from their central Liverpool office, you'll play a key role in the success of their rental properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Conduct professional and informative property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
• Guide prospective tenants through the application process, verifying information and ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Effectively present the benefits of the properties and community to overcome objections and secure leases.
• Maintain an organised database of prospective tenants and track leasing progress.
• Assist with move-in procedures and ensure a positive initial experience for new residents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and close deals.
• Knowledge of the Liverpool rental market and housing trends is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with property management software and CRM systems.
• Must be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
