Legal Advisor - Contracts

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, service level agreements, and NDAs.
• Provide legal advice on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant UK and international laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and standard clauses.
• Support business development teams by advising on contractual terms for new partnerships and projects.
• Conduct legal research related to contract law and commercial practices.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 3 years of experience in contract law.
• Demonstrable expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of commercial law principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively in a remote setting .
• Proficiency with legal document management systems and collaboration tools.
