Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms and conditions.

• Manage intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks and copyrights, advising on protection and enforcement strategies.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in commercial law , contract management, and regulatory compliance within the UK.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with legal technology and remote collaboration tools is essential.
