Legal & Data Framework Project Manager £750-£850/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid (3 days onsite, up to 5 days initially) | 2-Month Contract | Extensions Expected

We're supporting a major Financial Services transformation programme and are looking for a Business Transformation / Regulatory Change Project Manager with proven experience delivering change across Client Onboarding, CLM, Data Governance, KYC/AML, and Target Operating Models.

Key Requirements

Financial Services, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Custody, or Investment Banking Client Onboarding / Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) KYC, AML, Financial Crime, or Regulatory Change Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Frameworks Target Operating Models (TOM), Process Mapping, and Process Improvement Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Data, and Technology Workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and change deliveryNice to Have

Legal Entity Management Governance & Control Frameworks Jira, Confluence Visio, Miro Power BI / MI ReportingPlease Note: This is a business change and transformation role, not a Technical PM or IT Delivery position. To be considered, you must have demonstrable experience delivering Regulatory Change, Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, Data Governance, or Operating Model transformation programmes within Financial Services.
