Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal aspects of energy projects, from inception through to operational phases.
• Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investments in the energy market.
• Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes affecting the energy industry and advise the business accordingly.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor or barrister with substantial experience in energy law.
• Proven expertise in energy sector regulations, contracts, and transactional work.
