Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global IP strategies, including patent, trademark, and design protection.
• Advise on IP aspects of commercial agreements, R&D collaborations, and licensing deals.
• Manage patent prosecution, oppositions, and invalidity proceedings.
• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investment rounds.
• Monitor the IP landscape for competitive threats and opportunities.
• Manage IP litigation and dispute resolution, coordinating with external counsel where necessary.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant experience in Intellectual Property law.
• Proven track record in managing patent and trademark portfolios.
• Experience advising on IP commercialisation and licensing agreements.
• Strong understanding of IP litigation and enforcement strategies.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex IP matters effectively in a remote setting.
