About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel specializing in Intellectual Property to join their dynamic team in Norwich . Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including registration and maintenance of patents, trademarks, and designs.
• Advise on IP-related agreements, such as licensing, collaboration, and R&D agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies for IP enforcement and defense against infringement.
• Provide legal counsel on IP aspects of marketing, advertising, and product development.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with significant experience in Intellectual Property Law .
• Demonstrated expertise in patent, trademark, copyright, and design law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating IP-related contracts.
• Strong understanding of IP commercialization and litigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills, comfortable working in a hybrid model based in Norfolk .
