Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, programming, and facility upkeep.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are met, handling inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Supervise and support leisure centre staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the management of facility bookings, events, and activities.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the leisure, hospitality, or customer service industry.
