Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of staff, including reception, fitness instructors, and maintenance personnel.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling expenditure and identifying opportunities for revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing robust risk management strategies.
• Plan and implement engaging marketing and promotional activities to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a management role within the leisure, hospitality, or sports industry.
• Strong understanding of leisure centre operations, including facility management, staffing, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
