About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising front-of-house staff, overseeing facility cleanliness and safety, and ensuring all members and visitors have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house staff, including receptionists and duty managers, ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
• Assist in the management of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and facility checks.
• Ensure all areas of the centre are clean, tidy, and safe for users, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards across the centre.
• Assist with staff training and development, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the leisure, hospitality, or retail sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and supervise junior staff.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures is desirable.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
