About the Role

Our client is seeking a specialist Leisure Property Consultant to join their dedicated team in Edinburgh . This role focuses on providing expert advice and transactional services for properties within the leisure sector, including hotels, pubs, restaurants, and entertainment venues across Scotland . You will conduct market analysis, advise on acquisitions and disposals, and manage client relationships, leveraging your deep understanding of this niche market. This position requires a strong commercial acumen and a passion for the dynamic leisure property industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the acquisition, disposal, and valuation of leisure properties , such as hotels, pubs, and restaurants.
• Conduct detailed market research and analysis specific to the leisure and hospitality sector.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, marketing materials, and presentations for clients and potential buyers/tenants.
• Negotiate terms for sales, lettings, and other property transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the leisure and property industries in Edinburgh and beyond.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property consultancy , specifically within the leisure or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of the valuation, sale, and leasing processes for leisure assets.
• Excellent market knowledge of the Scottish leisure property market.
• Superb negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Business, or Hospitality Management.
