About the Role
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Leisure Property Consultant to join their specialist team in Plymouth . This unique role involves advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, and management of leisure-related properties, such as hotels, pubs, restaurants, and holiday parks. You will leverage your understanding of the hospitality and leisure sectors, combined with your real estate expertise, to provide strategic advice and facilitate successful transactions within the Plymouth region and beyond. This position requires a blend of market insight, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the leisure industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and property valuations for leisure-focused real estate assets.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, property acquisition, and disposal strategies.
- Market properties effectively to a targeted audience of potential buyers and operators.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate the completion of transactions for leisure properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and potential buyers.
- Stay informed about trends and developments within the hospitality and leisure property sectors.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial property, with a specific focus on the leisure sector (e.g., hotels, pubs, restaurants).
- Strong understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload of properties.
- Familiarity with the Plymouth and South West property market is advantageous.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, hospitality management) are a plus.
