Key Responsibilities

• Source, appraise, and advise on the acquisition and disposal of leisure properties.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new leisure development opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions for hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality assets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the leisure and hospitality sectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leisure property consultancy, valuation, or agency.
• Strong knowledge of the UK leisure and hospitality market , with a focus on Scotland.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a complex workload, often remotely.
• Experience in financial modeling and due diligence for property investments.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification in property or a related field.
