Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the acquisition, disposal, and valuation of leisure and hospitality properties .
- Conduct market research and due diligence to identify investment opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, including feasibility studies and market analysis, for clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for property transactions, ensuring favourable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including hotel operators, developers, and investors.
- Stay current with trends and developments impacting the leisure property market .
Requirements
- Proven experience in valuing or transacting leisure properties (hotels, pubs, restaurants, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the operational aspects of the leisure and hospitality sector.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and client management skills.
- RICS qualification (MRICS or FRICS) preferred.
- Ability to travel as required for property inspections and client meetings.
- A passion for the leisure industry and a proactive approach to business development.
