A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will plan and facilitate play experiences that develop communication, language and early problem-solving. The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will support personal, social and emotional development through warm interactions and consistent routines. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will contribute observations and help identify appropriate next steps under the EYFS. An attentive Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will promote physical development through movement, sensory play and safe outdoor exploration. Assist with mealtimes, hygiene, personal care and safeguarding in accordance with each setting's procedures.What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

A recognised Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification is essential for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. Relevant experience in a nursery, preschool or early years setting, including an understanding of EYFS practice. Confidence supporting children aged 0-5 with care routines, learning through play and wellbeing.
