Lift Project Manager Lift Modernisation | Lift Industry Location: Scotland, North East and Leeds Basic Salary: £65,000-£75,000 Benefits: Performance-Based Bonus | £600 Per Month Car Allowance Marmon Lift Recruitment is looking for an experienced Lift Project Manager to take ownership of lift modernisation, refurbishment and new installation projects across Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lift professional to manage multiple live projects from pre-start through to completion, working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
The Role
Manage lift modernisation, refurbishment and new installation projects Take full ownership from planning and pre-start through to handover Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients Manage programme, costs, quality, safety and project documentation Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and close-out Conduct site visits, progress meetings and quality inspections Manage defects, variations and project reporting
Pre-Start & Site Readiness
Review scope, specifications and installation methodology Confirm shaft, pit, access, power and site readiness requirements Review RAMS, lift plans, lifting arrangements and safety controls Coordinate delivery schedules, site logistics and other trades Establish clear responsibilities and communication procedures
About You
5-7 years' experience within lift project delivery Experience managing multiple sites and project teams Strong background in lift modernisation, refurbishment and/or new installation Good understanding of CDM, HSE and RAMS SMSTS, Temporary Works or lifting qualifications advantageous Strong commercial, organisational and communication skills Full UK driving licence Interested in finding out more?
