About the Role

Our customers should feel comfortable and supported in their own homes, and you’ll help make that happen. You’ll live in the customer’s home with them, providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing - working both independently and as part of a collaborative, caring team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, continence care and mobility
• Support with medication and preparing meals
• Take care of household tasks e.g. laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Work independently with support from our team for advice and guidance
• Support customers to stay connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care

What We’re Looking For

• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Aged 18+
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or visa transfers)
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential- full training is provided
