About the Role

Our client seeks a skilled and experienced Livestock Supervisor to manage animal welfare and productivity on their farm located in Cardiff . You will be responsible for the daily care, feeding, and health monitoring of various livestock, ensuring adherence to high standards of animal husbandry and biosecurity. This hands-on role requires a deep understanding of animal behavior and health, combined with effective team leadership to maintain optimal farm operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily feeding, watering, and health checks of all livestock.
• Implement and enforce strict biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Monitor animal behavior and condition, reporting any concerns to the farm veterinarian promptly.
• Supervise and guide a small team of animal attendants, ensuring efficient task completion.

Requirements

• Previous experience in livestock management, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
