Max Energy is growing, and we're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team of Loft Insulation Installers.

We work with some of the UK's biggest housebuilders, including Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Redrow, Bellway and Vistry, with committed workloads for years to come.

If you're practical, physically fit and willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing

• Installing insulation into external walls and lofts

• Loading and unloading materials

• Following installation processes and quality standards

• Completing inspections and job paperwork using a tablet

• Following site health and safety procedures

What we're looking for

• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points (min 9 months driving experience)

• Aged 21+ for insurance purposes

• Good level of fitness – this is a physically demanding role

• CSCS card or willingness to obtain one before starting

• Reliable, hardworking and keen to learn

• Must be willing to travel outside of the Yorkshire region

Previous experience in insulation, construction, site labouring or DIY is useful, but not essential.
