Our client is seeking a proactive Logistics and Delivery Specialist to join their team in the vibrant city of Brighton . You will be key in ensuring efficient stock management and timely deliveries to clients across East Sussex, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success from our Brighton facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Operate a company vehicle for punctual and safe deliveries to customer locations.
• Ensure accurate order picking and packing for all dispatched items.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with regular stock takes.
• Conduct routine checks on delivery vehicles and report any maintenance needs.
• Provide a high level of customer service during delivery interactions.

Requirements

• A valid UK driving license (Category B).
• Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or delivery role is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the Brighton and East Sussex geographical area.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
