Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules for drivers, ensuring efficient route planning and timely deliveries.
• Track the progress of shipments and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and update logistics databases with shipment details, delivery confirmations, and inventory movements.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to resolve any logistical challenges.
• Ensure all transportation documentation is accurately completed and filed.
• Assist in optimizing dispatch processes for improved efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or a similar coordination role.
• Familiarity with transportation procedures and basic knowledge of logistics principles.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
