About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Logistics Coordinator to manage the smooth operation of their supply chain in Norwich . This role is crucial for the timely and cost-effective movement of FMCG products, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and deliveries are met on schedule. You will work closely with transportation providers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to optimize logistical processes and support the overall business objectives within the fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling shipments, managing carrier relationships, and tracking deliveries.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping documents, customs forms, and invoices.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with warehouse staff and monitoring stock movements.
• Resolve logistical issues and customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination, preferably within the FMCG sector .
• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
