Logistics Coordinator - Inventory Management

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, liaising with suppliers and carriers to schedule deliveries and collections.
• Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms where applicable.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
• Generate regular reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and shipping activities.
• Support the implementation of new logistics procedures and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a logistics , supply chain, or inventory management role.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UK and international shipping regulations is a benefit.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in the Coventry office.
