About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline transportation operations for the South West region , working remotely from their base in Plymouth . This role involves coordinating deliveries, managing driver schedules, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods across a broad geographical area. You will be the central point of contact, liaising between drivers, clients, and the operational team to resolve issues and maintain service excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and manage driver schedules for the South West region.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively address any delays or issues using tracking systems.
• Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle logs, and operational data.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing necessary information and support.

Requirements
