Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily transport schedules for a fleet of vehicles.
• Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to enhance efficiency and reduce transit times.
• Liaise with drivers to ensure timely departures, arrivals, and adherence to schedules.
• Resolve logistical issues and customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or supply chain coordination role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the road network in and around Cardiff and Wales.
