Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipment and receipt of goods, managing schedules and routes to optimize efficiency.
• Liaise with carriers and third-party logistics providers to book transportation and track shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities, including inventory, shipments, and delivery confirmations.
• Prepare and process necessary documentation for shipments, such as waybills, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any logistical issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained according to requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a logistics coordination or similar role.
• Strong understanding of transportation methods, logistics processes, and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with logistics software .
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
