Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange transportation and resolve any logistical issues.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery times.
• Assist in managing warehouse stock and coordinating inventory movements.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a logistics , shipping, or transport coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and ideally a transport management system .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
