About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments across various modes of transport (road, air, sea).
• Track shipments in real-time, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding delivery status.
• Manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates where appropriate, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Process logistics documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and proof of delivery.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, damages, or delays promptly and efficiently.
• Utilize the company's logistics management system to maintain accurate records and support operational workflows.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or a similar operational role.
• Familiarity with shipping regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency with logistics software and general office productivity tools.
