Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and manage stock control measures to minimize discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a logistics or warehouse supervision role.
