About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and physically capable Logistics Operative to join their busy team in Oxford . You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of the supply chain, ensuring that products are handled safely and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and work effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational demands in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials accurately.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and correctly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any inventory discrepancies.
• Operate manual handling equipment, such as pallet trucks, safely.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for prolonged periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
