About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute optimal logistics and transportation plans to meet delivery schedules and cost targets.
• Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for route optimization.
• Negotiate rates and service level agreements with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless logistics execution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in logistics management and technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics planning , transportation management, or supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize logistics networks in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics planning software and tools.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with carriers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
