Luxury Front Desk Supervisor - Elevate Guest Experience

The Savoy, part of Fairmont, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front office operations and guest service excellence. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to ensure smooth arrivals, accurate room allocations, and superior guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of luxury hospitality Front Office experience, strong English, and Opera PMS knowledge. A second language is preferred to enhance guest interactions and service delivery.
