M&E Site Manager

M&E Site Manager - Water sector Location: Birmingham / Severn Trent Water region Rate: Up to £450 per day + mileage Duration: 6 months+ Are you an experienced M&E Site Manager with a background in the water sector and looking for your next contract? We're looking for an M&E Site Manager to work on the Severn Trent Water (STW) framework, overseeing mechanical and electrical works across water and wastewater projects.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing mechanical and electrical installation works on water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinating subcontractors, site teams and specialist contractors.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered in line with project programmes.
• Liaising with project managers, engineers and client representatives.
• Managing site documentation, RAMS, permits and quality inspections.
• Supporting testing, commissioning and project handovers where required. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as an M&E Site Manager.
• A strong background in the water and wastewater sector.
• Experience managing mechanical and electrical works on treatment works or water infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of health and safety, quality control and site management.
