About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Develop production-level ML pipelines, integrating models into existing software systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with data scientists to explore data, validate assumptions, and optimize model performance.
- Implement monitoring and evaluation strategies for deployed ML models, ensuring ongoing accuracy and effectiveness.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in Python or other relevant languages.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and deep learning, proposing and implementing new techniques.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role focused on ML deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with MLOps practices, including model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication abilities for effective collaboration in Cambridge .
