Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
• Develop production-level ML pipelines, integrating models into existing software systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data scientists to explore data, validate assumptions, and optimize model performance.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation strategies for deployed ML models, ensuring ongoing accuracy and effectiveness.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in Python or other relevant languages.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and deep learning, proposing and implementing new techniques.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role focused on ML deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with MLOps practices, including model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication abilities for effective collaboration in Cambridge .
