Machine Minder - Park Royal
Salary: £33,000-£34,000
Shift: 4 on, 4 off nights
Location: Park Royal
We're recruiting a Machine Minder to join a busy manufacturing site in Park Royal.
You'll be responsible for keeping production machinery running smoothly, carrying out machine set-ups and tool changes, and acting as the first response to breakdowns. More complex faults will be escalated to the maintenance engineering team.
Key responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery Complete machine set-ups and tool changes Carry out first-line fault finding and breakdown response Maintain safe, clean working standards Escalate faults that require engineering support
What we're looking for
Manufacturing, production, machine operating, or engineering experience Comfortable working night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern Practical and mechanically minded Reliable, proactive, and keen to learnThis is a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop within a manufacturing environment, with potential progression into maintenance engineering over time.
