Salary: £33,000-£34,000

Shift: 4 on, 4 off nights

Location: Park Royal

We're recruiting a Machine Minder to join a busy manufacturing site in Park Royal.

You’ll be responsible for keeping production machinery running smoothly, carrying out machine set-ups and tool changes, and acting as the first response to breakdowns. More complex faults will be escalated to the maintenance engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Complete machine set-ups and tool changes
• Carry out first-line fault finding and breakdown response
• Maintain safe, clean working standards
• Escalate faults that require engineering support

What we're looking for

• Manufacturing, production, machine operating, or engineering experience
• Comfortable working night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern
• Practical and mechanically minded
• Reliable, proactive, and keen to learn
