A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn how to operate specialist roll-forming machinery. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good numeracy and literacy skills. A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK. Comfortable staying away from home overnight when required.
