Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission new equipment and systems at customer sites, ensuring compliance with all technical standards.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative servicing to identify and address potential issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults and breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Conduct thorough testing of systems post-installation or maintenance to confirm functionality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installation and maintenance activities undertaken.
• Provide basic guidance on equipment operation and care to end-users as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical installation or maintenance role, preferably in a field service capacity.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with hands-on experience using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and installation diagrams accurately.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a systematic approach to problem resolution.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of work and excellent customer service.
• A valid UK driving licence is required, with the ability to travel within the Portsmouth area and surrounding Hampshire region.
