Maintenance Assistant
Location & Compensation
Location: Coalville
Salary: £37,000 + Overtime (£1,000–£2,000 on top) + Pension
Shifts: 4's and 5's days and nights

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventive maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Ability to modify PLC programmes.
- Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
- Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding experience.
- Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Experience with working on PLCs, ideally capable of fault‑finding using inputs and outputs.
