We are seeking a Maintenance operative with a strong background in Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance. This role involves carrying out plumbing & handyman duties at a number of presitigious sites.

Key Responsibilities

Pipework (Steel, iron & copper) Fixing leaks Basic electrics Carpentry repairs Liasing with contractors General Handyman maintenance. Package & Benefits:

Requirements
