Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major donors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual donors, understanding their philanthropic interests.
• Prepare compelling proposals, case for support documents, and funding requests for major gift solicitations.
• Organise and host exclusive events and cultivation opportunities for prospective and current major donors.
• Work closely with senior leadership and board members on donor engagement and solicitation efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in major gifts fundraising or high-value relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in soliciting and closing significant donations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse individuals.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of high-value prospects.
