Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking for your next opportunity within a successful professional services business?We are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation in Bristol. This is a varied role offering exposure across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding the story behind the numbers. The roleAs Management Accountant, you will:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and provide meaningful commentary
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls
• Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight
• Support month-end and year-end processes
• Assist with continuous improvements to finance processes and reporting
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within management accounts
• Is part-qualified, qualified by experience or working towards ACCA/CIMA
• Has strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Can communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Is proactive, organised and commercially aware
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment
